Liber Holdings acquires the Roger Brown Co.

Liber Holdings LLC purchased the assets of the Roger Brown Co., Inc. on August 16th, 2016.  The Roger Brown Co., Inc. is now the Roger Brown Co. LLC and will operate from its current location in El Paso, Texas.

Overview of the Roger Brown Co.
The Roger Brown Co. is a distributor of power transmission equipment and industrial supplies focused on delivering the best quality products with uncompromising service since 1946.  The company was started in El Paso, Texas by Roger Brown, Sr., who was a Naval Engineer in WWII and responsible for inspecting bearings going into military vehicles and machinery for the war effort.  Roger Brown, Jr. took over the business in 1970 after serving in Vietnam as an Army Engineer and has led the business ever since.
